Welcome to Viking Simulator SriLanka, operated by TwinBuild Innovation ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and the purchase of digital products for the Viking Simulator SriLanka game. By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. About our services

We sell digital products only — in-game currency (Coins), AI Conductor access, memberships and passes for the Viking Simulator SriLanka game. No physical goods are shipped. Products are delivered electronically to the game account linked to the Player ID you provide.

2. Eligibility

a. You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase, or have the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these terms.
b. You are responsible for keeping your account details confidential and for all activity under your account.
c. You agree to provide accurate and current information during sign-in and checkout.

3. Player ID & account responsibility

You must enter the correct Game Player ID (UID) at checkout. Digital products are delivered to the account matching the Player ID you provide. We are not responsible for delivery to a wrong account caused by an incorrect Player ID supplied by you. Please verify your Player ID before paying.

4. Products & pricing

a. All prices are shown in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and include applicable charges shown at checkout.
b. We strive for accurate product descriptions and pricing but do not guarantee they are error-free. Prices and offers may change without notice.
c. We reserve the right to correct errors and to refuse or cancel any order affected by an error in price or product information.

5. Orders & payments

a. Placing an order is an offer to purchase the selected digital products.
b. We accept payments through PayHere (Visa, Mastercard and supported methods) and manual methods (eZ Cash, mCash, bank deposit). Manual payments require uploading a valid payment slip and are delivered only after we verify the payment.
c. Card payments are processed by our trusted payment provider (PayHere). We do not store or have access to your full card details.
d. We may refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

6. Digital delivery

After a payment is verified, the purchased digital products are credited to the linked game account, usually within a few minutes for automatic payments, or after manual review for slip-based payments. Delivery depends on successful payment verification and system availability.

7. Returns & refunds

Refund eligibility for digital products is described in our Refund Policy. Please review it before purchasing.

8. Acceptable use

You may not use this website for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose, attempt to bypass payment, use fraudulent payment details, or disrupt the service. We may suspend access and reverse deliveries obtained through fraud or chargebacks.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this website — text, images, logos and graphics — is the property of TwinBuild Innovation or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property rights. You may not reproduce, distribute or modify it without our prior written consent. Game names, logos and brands are the property of their respective owners.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, TwinBuild Innovation and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or the purchase and use of our digital products. Products are provided on an "as is" basis.
