TwinBuild Innovation ("we", "us", "our") operates Viking Simulator SriLanka and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it when you use this website. By using the website, you consent to the practices described here.

a. Account information — your name, email address and profile photo when you sign in with Google or email.
b. Game information — the Player ID (UID) you enter, and the public game profile (display name, avatar) returned for it.
c. Order information — items purchased, amount, payment method, and, for manual payments, the mobile number and payment slip you provide.
d. Technical information — basic device/browser data and cookies used to keep you signed in and to operate the site.

2. Payment information

Card payments are processed securely by our payment provider, PayHere. We do not collect or store your full card number or security code (CVV). For manual payments (eZ Cash, mCash, bank), we store only the payment slip and reference you submit so we can verify your payment.

3. How we use your information

We use your information to: authenticate your account, look up and link your game profile, process and deliver orders, verify payments, provide customer support, prevent fraud and abuse, and improve our service.

4. Sharing of information

We do not sell or trade your personal information. We share it only with: (a) trusted service providers who help us operate the service — Google Firebase (hosting, authentication, database, storage), Unity Gaming Services (delivering products to your game account) and PayHere (payment processing); and (b) authorities where required by law.

5. Data security

We use industry-standard measures including HTTPS encryption, secure authentication (HttpOnly session cookies), anti-CSRF protection, server-side authorization and access controls. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in and to operate essential features. You can disable cookies in your browser, but some features may not work.

7. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. You can also sign out at any time to end your session.
